Everything your operation needs

From the front desk to the flight line, in one place.

Scheduling & dispatch

The whole week, at a glance

Members book aircraft and instructors themselves, and the front desk dispatches from the same board.

  • Day, week, month, and per-aircraft timeline views
  • Double-bookings are caught before they happen
  • Check flights out and back in with Hobbs and tach
  • Optionally block bookings for unpaid balances, expired medicals, or a lapsed flight review

Fleet

Every aircraft, every number

Rates, times, and status for the whole fleet — always current, because they update at check-in.

  • Hobbs, tach, and hourly rate per aircraft
  • Countdown to the next inspection, in hours
  • Available, reserved, or grounded at a glance

Maintenance

Squawks that actually ground the plane

Log a discrepancy from the ramp. A grounding squawk pulls the aircraft off the schedule until it's fixed.

  • Severity levels from low to grounding
  • Annual, 100-hour, ELT, transponder, and pitot-static tracking
  • Due by calendar, tach hours, or both — with overdue alerts

Member billing

Flights bill themselves

Flight time posts to the member's account at check-in, and statements go out on the first of the month.

  • Automatic monthly statements by email
  • Card autopay and ACH online, or Zelle and checks recorded by hand
  • Outstanding and overdue balances in one place
